Orbit Beers grew from a passion for travel, music and beer. A journey around all the breweries in Scotland in a classic VW campervan named Brian sparked a desire to return to London and begin a new journey. We moved into our double railway arch in Walworth, South London and Orbit Beers was born. Our first beer was brewed on 1st July 2014 at our home here in SE17.
We value our independence. We are independent in the way we think about our beers, timeless styles brewed with an eye for balance and finesse. Our work is inspired by the ethos of our favourite independent record labels, who hold music and art above all else. We are Orbit Beers, we encourage you to listen, think, and drink independent.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Nose is toffee apple, smoke, caramel, demerara sugar. Taste is very similar with some jammy red fruits coming through in the back end. Malty, sweet & lightly bitter finish.

On tap at The Pullman Folkestone. Hazy amber colour. Lasting white head. Certainly a lot of sherbet hops and some hedgerow hops used. Decent beer. OK pale malts. Some interesting sherbet hop with a little hedgerow fruit flavour alongside. Rosehip etc. Moderate bitterness on the finish. Interesting.

On tap at Pullman Folkestone. Clear pale gold colour thin white head. Cucumber aroma. Yes more cucumber flavour in the mouth. Some sourness. Kettle sour bit the kettle character is dialled down a bit but gives Yoghurt on the finish. Weird but does what it says on the tin. A half was enough. To be honest a third would have been enough

Keg, half-pint at Queens Head, Kings Cross, London. Near-black body with a shade of red. Upper part lacing from a covering beige head. Promising aromas of grain and dark fruits, mid-sweet. Blended taste of dark fruits and bread-like malts, lightly spiced. Rounded mid-dry close, medium bodied. Pretty decent.(London, 10.02.2025).
