Taste is moderately sweet in the beginning, but with good bitterness balancing it. Finish is slightly longer than average, with some more bitterness.

Taste is sweet, still with some smoked feeling, some spicing that was more evident when the beer was colder. Finish is average. Generally, this beer hides its alcohol well.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks zvikar. Black, tan foam. Roast, chocolate, coffee, caramel, some oxidation, a bit of dark fruits, medium-bodied. Very light for an Imperial Porter.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours classic gold, fairly transparent. Aroma is fruity and tannic like grapes, plus yeast is evident maybe more like in a Saison. Body is dense and with some stickiness. Taste is sweet but also with good bitterness and alcoholic feeling. Finish is long and sticky.
