From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours crisp gold with a good fluffy head, white. Aroma is a mix of herbaceous, a little citrus, and tropical. Nice. Body is medium-light with low carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter, with a good malt body behind giving some underlying sweetness. Finish is relatively short.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Dorata, limpidissima, schiuma media abbondante. Al naso sentori di crosta di pane, pasta lievita, grano, erba tagliata e frutta tropicale. In bocca è morbida ed equilibrata, maltatura corretta con finale amaro, fresca e discretamente secca. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Molto buona.

Tap at So Good (Rome). Quite cloudy and pale golden color, creamy and irregular cap. Nose: a nice feel of noble hops and rustic grains, rusticity is soft although firmly there. Mouth: far too clean imo, not a minus mind you...clean really, less rustic and more clean. Soft malty, bitterness is mild.

Tap at Archea. Beautiful deep red with a low, thick head. Nice cherry nose, yogurt, stones, a bit of vanilla. Lovely cherry flavor, tart but not lambic-like sour, lactic, yogurt, cinnamon. Delicious.

Tap at So Good, Rome-Italy. Golden bright a bit hazy, off-white foamy head. Nose: aggressively grassy, weed, raw weed with hints of hops extract. Mouth: crispy pils, clean, bitterness is balanced, tasty and charming.

Tap at So Good in Rome-Italy. Bright golden semi-clear color, tick and frothy cap. Nose: aggressively grassy, weed forward an hidden metallic note sadly. Mouth lacks the malty accent of a Bohemian pils but it is crispy, clean, moderately bitter and a bit sweet. Nice.

Bottle thanks daniele, shared at So Good in Rome-Italy. Vinegar reddish cloudy pour, foam lowers quick. Nose: red fruit, mild lactose, flowers. Mouth: funky is not there, syrupy a bit, watery berries.
