Bottle. Funky nose of strawberry, cherry, vanilla, plastic and weird. Red, flat. Flat body as well. Some fruit is coming through, but the fermentation is not right.

Tap at Mastro Malto, 2nd June 17. Pours a copper colour, aroma is caramel, malts. Taste is caramel, yeast, dark fruit, fruit cake. Not bad.

Bottle on balcony at San Vito Lo Capo, Sicily, 3rd June 17. Pours a clear light straw colour. Aroma is citrus, slight sharp. Taste is clean, some sharp pine, citrus, grapefruit, lovely gear.

Bottle at San Vito Lo Capo, Sicily, 3rd June 17. Pours clear and golden. Aroma is grapefruit, pineapple, citrus. Taste is grapefruit, pineapple, citrus pith. Lovely stuff.

Tap at Stout Beer Shop and Pub, Palermo, Sicily, 30th May 17. Pours light straw colour, good head. Aroma is floral, citrus, perfume, very nice. Taste is full, floral, citrus and pine, enough bitterness and good grainy malt balance. Really liked it.

On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Dorata, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note erbacee, citriche e delicatamente fruttate. In bocca è morbida, senza particolari spunti, amaro finale un po' fiacco. Corpo leggero, carbonazione medio-leggera. Anonima.

Tap at So Good (Rome-Italy). Cloudy golden pale color, irregular white foam. Nose: rustic bready, sweet malt leftovers, grass. Mouth is surprisingly and unpleasantly (imo) bitter, cereals and straw.
