Pint at L'Elementare. Clear gold white head. Nose is big citrus and soap. Malt and gra9n and grass. Clean in the mouth. Malt and corn and grass and orange and pineapple. Really well balanced. Dry and big and bitter. 8 4 8 4 13

Tap. Fairly clear golden, off white lace. Fresh herbal and citric hop nose, light farty grain,, medium body, sparkly, well balanced dry malt and fruity bitterness, well drinkable.

Bottiglia. Il naso vira verso il luppolo e il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina grande. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, arancia amara, mango e frutta tropicale.

On tap at L'Elementare, Trastevere. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma of bread and biscuit. Sweetish, crisp malty flavour with a touch of herbal hops. I had it with a Roma style Margherita. It's a world class pizza pairing.
