Bottle. Amber color with a thin white head. Very earthy aroma, with nice sweet caramel and toasted malt. A touch of smoke. Falls apart upon tasting though, very thin body, some sweet and lightly nutty malts. Some light earthy hops.

Bottle. Cloudy orange color with a small white head. The aroma sweet candyish, fruit, raspberry. More fruit is apparent in the flavour with some cookie malts and finishing clean and quickly.

Bottle. Yellow gold color aroma is ALL HOT PEPPERS (Jalapenos). The first sip... is actually not too bad. Malty pale lager kind of base with a moderate amount of peppery heat (you can actually feel this tickling in your nose). I couldn’t drink a full bottle of this, but it was fun to try.

This ale poured a nice dark red colour with a foamy white head. To the nose is is sweet and slightly hoppy with a little dough thrown in. First sip had a strong taste of gravy...different. Hoppy to taste with a little bitterness. Slightly watery finish. The palate was slightly bitter with lingering hop.

This Ale poured a light yellow colour with lots of ??? Floaties? Small white specks??? To the nose came lemons and oranges. Lots of citrus. First sip was thin and lemony. Thin and a bit watery, left not much on the palate. Not bad but lacking flavour.

Clear bronze colour. Clean & clear blueberry aroma is very fresh. Childhood memories here, of picking and eating blueberries from behind my grandparent’s house outside Truro. Fresh, with good malt balance and abundant clean fruit. Not syrupy at all. I’m been pleasantly surprised by the blueberry beers I’ve tasted...the idea just works.

Deep reddish brown ale with a collapsing off-white head. Aroma of sweet moka café and vanilla and butterscotch. Sweet malt balls with roasted notes, with some coffee, and light burned acidity, faint hops. Light bodied with oily mouthfeel. Simple and pleasing. Bought at brewery March 2005.

Lighlty hazy golden amber ale with a thick off-white head. Malty aroma with strong mix of pickled jalapeno peppers and lactic acid. In mouth, very light malt with a sharp vinegary taste and some residual hot pepper notes. Has this beer turned bad or is it just plain bad. Watery pickle juice. Bought at brewery March 2005.

Deep dark reddish black ale with a thin moka head. Light sweet roasted malt with raisiny overtones, vanilla and chocolate. Roasted malts comes out in mouth, with powdery chocolate, light hops in finish, but very little body for a stout. Very decent but thin, leaves you wanting more substance. Bought at Brewery March 2005.

Nice orange copper ale with a thick foamy off-white head. Sweet malty aroma with notes of apples, scotch malt and lots of fruity esters, with a bit too much buttery notes. In mouth, good malt base with roasted nuttyness, a nice hops in finish, a bit overcarbonated ( giving the thick head), and medium bodied. A quite liked it.
