Description
Between 2011 and 2013, the adventure of the Brasseurs du Grand Paris was written on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a building in Levallois when Fabrice (a Breton who became Levalloisien) and Anthony (an American who became Parisian) met, both passionate about craft beers. Initially the Brasseurs du Grand Paris were nomadic brewers but in September 2016, we left our respective jobs and moved to St Denis to start setting up our brewery there. A 20 HL brewing room, 6 40 HL fermenters, 2 80HL fermenters, and an isobar packaging line to start our Dyonisian adventure. The first beer was brewed in St Denis in February 2017. Thus the Brasseurs du Grand Paris became the Brasserie du Grand Paris.

Tap at Le Grognon. Black with creamy light brown head. Lots of dark chocolate, coffee, oats, licorice, earthy roasted malts, vanilla. Solid sweet and bitter. Full bodied but not cloying. Nice RIS.

Clear deep orange beer, big fluffy aery irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, very juicy, bit herbal, a minty touch, some tropical fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: wow, quite the hop burn, then sweet, citrus notes, tropical fruits, mango. Aftertaste: very fruity, juicy, tropical fruits, very dank, more citrus, juicy, very nice!

Keg at Brewdog Bristol during Collabfest Oct 2019. Pours opaque orange with a white head. Aroma: citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruits, pine, light herbal. Taste: light to moderate sweet, juicy tropical friuts plus orange, lemon, grapefruit. Medium body with frothy carbonation.

Can 440ml (Humala) Red-pinky colour, small pinky head. Raspberry juice aroma with some metallic vibe. Light-bodied. Tart berries, raspberry, very watery, light pepper, coriander. a bit perfumic flavour. Saltyness in the aftertaste. Neh.

330ml bottle from Alko. Pretty much clear golden color. Nice citrusy and resiny hops. Malty backbone, bitter finish. Lychee also found. OK.
