Description
Between 2011 and 2013, the adventure of the Brasseurs du Grand Paris was written on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a building in Levallois when Fabrice (a Breton who became Levalloisien) and Anthony (an American who became Parisian) met, both passionate about craft beers. Initially the Brasseurs du Grand Paris were nomadic brewers but in September 2016, we left our respective jobs and moved to St Denis to start setting up our brewery there. A 20 HL brewing room, 6 40 HL fermenters, 2 80HL fermenters, and an isobar packaging line to start our Dyonisian adventure. The first beer was brewed in St Denis in February 2017. Thus the Brasseurs du Grand Paris became the Brasserie du Grand Paris.

In my opinion, it is an interesting beer for the style, not so hoppy and the coffee is the master of the aroma from this beer, watery, 05.11.17, at Prélaz, buying it at Paris.

Interesting IPA, with a discreet touch of oat, giving a mineral side, citrus, rather dry, decent bitterness, refreshing, october 2018, buying it at one monoprix in Versailles or Paris.

At the monoprix, in Versailles. Not my favourite pale ale, I think that this one is drinkable, a bit boring and a lack of hop and aromas, 10.10.18, in my hotel room, Mercure Paris Gare de Lyon, after a nice walk in Versailles.

In manque 1 à 2 % au titrage.

For me, it was a good surprise, a delightful session IPA that it sounds more an IPA, perfectly aromatic, hoppy, citrus and floral, 11.01.19, tasting it at Prélaz, Lausanne, buying it at one monoprix, Paris.

On tap at Brewberry, pours a cloud dark red with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of fresh raspberries upfront, with a wheaty base. Flavour is much the same, with plenty of fruity raspberries and a wheaty base. Lots of raspberries situated well. Very good.
