Description
Between 2011 and 2013, the adventure of the Brasseurs du Grand Paris was written on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a building in Levallois when Fabrice (a Breton who became Levalloisien) and Anthony (an American who became Parisian) met, both passionate about craft beers. Initially the Brasseurs du Grand Paris were nomadic brewers but in September 2016, we left our respective jobs and moved to St Denis to start setting up our brewery there. A 20 HL brewing room, 6 40 HL fermenters, 2 80HL fermenters, and an isobar packaging line to start our Dyonisian adventure. The first beer was brewed in St Denis in February 2017. Thus the Brasseurs du Grand Paris became the Brasserie du Grand Paris.

Opalescent dark golden to amber colour, minimal off-white head; aroma of piney, grape(peel), mango, grapefruit and slight tangerine; taste has the same notes with some syrupy sweetness, definite hoppyness and se spicy-celery notes; good one

31/VIII/22 - 44cl can @ home, BB: 11/XI/22, lot: 20211123 (2022-1104) Thanks to Fred for sharing the beer!
Cloudy orange blond beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, peach or apricot (apparently 12% apricot puree), very intense, some pineapple notes, very fresh, lovely stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, fruity, sourish, apricots, pretty darn fruity, good sour ale, but not an IPA if you ask me. Aftertaste: very nice, fruity, oxidized, juicy, apricots, a little bitter, nice!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, opaque black with a light brown head. Lovely and very intense raspberry aroma, dominating over the roastiness. I don't really get that much Brett at this stage. Medium body, dry raspberry notes blending in nicely with the roastiness. There's an obvious tartness, but again - not really Bretty: interesting beer, I really would love to try this with a fuller body. 040822

On tap at Mikkeller, Helsinki. Hazy golden with a white head. Citrus, some soap and notes of brett. A bit odd.
