440ml can at Zinc, Vaasa. Poured clear and golden in color. Ginger and pineapple in aroma and flavor, pineapple being the dominant one. Candy sweet.

Can 440ml (Zinc). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma has sweetness, salt and seaweed. Light-bodied. Pineapple candy and ginger in the flavour. Who needs this?
A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light citrus pulp, nice and ok. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light treacle and pleasant. On tap at L'Atalante.

Noire, col épais crémeux café au lait, tenace.
Arôme sur un bouquet chocolaté/malté cerise griotte dont le côté fruit rouge se marie bien avec le chocolat tout en ayant un effet un peu baies noires aussi oscillant sur la mûre. Rétro délicat de café qui vient apporter un léger grillé en rétro-nasal. Petit touche rappelant le marshmallow – même si cette version ne contient pas de lactose. Effet un peu cacao revient en retrait.
Palais met bien en avant l’usage des griottes, ces derniers apportant une petite note d’acidité plaisante qui tranche bien avec la base maltée. Fin de bouche, je ressens un léger côté torréfié/cold brewed coffee avec le retour de la griotte. Fine note d’acidité en fin de bouche.
Une version identique mais fumée serait super bien.
