Draught at source: pours bright red with pinkish head. Aroma is loads of winy grape, yeasty funkiness, oak. Taste is slightly sour, pleasant restrained sweetness. Some bretty aftertaste. Nice mouthfeel.

750ml bottle pours a murky gold, white head. Simple. Malt, herbs, some sour fruits. Under ripe nectarine maybe. Flavor follows. Its nice and easy to drink. Medium bodied. Dry with some minerality.

Draught at source: pours gold with small white head. Aroma is funky, honey, floral. Sweet with a farmhouse ring. Hoppiness adds depth. Yeast strain is solid as always.

75cl bottle pours a clear, dark gold with a ring of white head. Nose is true, some plastic, but lemon rind, neutral oak, white grapes. Flavor is horsey, salinity. Plastic fades. Big dried citrus. Nettles. Full. Tart. Dry. High carb too.
