Very cloudy, hazy, golden and straw coloured body with a nice, two to three centimetre tall pure white head that stays afloat nicely. Aroma of orange juice, grapefruit and a light dose of tropical fruits with some crisp and bitter hop notes along with some alpha acid bitterness. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong rich oaty and wheatie malts dominate here with a good balance of crisp and very citrusey hops along with a light sweetness, but balanced across-the-board. Aftertaste is bitter with some nice balanced fruit sweetness from the oranges and tropical fruit notes, but the light wheatie maltiness and bitter hops make this crisp and very drinkable and not seeming like anywhere close to 8 per cent. Overall, a very nice beer that shows well throughout and is quite drinkable, while offering some bitterness, a lot of fruit notes and not much alcohol pungency. Great to sample, especially while here locally! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in New York (NoMad, 28th Street), New York on 02-December-2022 for US$4,99 sampled on the streets of New York with my family at Christmastime on 03-December-2022.
