Taste is sweetish, apple, fruit, woody, oak, caramel note, with barnyard funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tart, fruity, strawberry, apple, toffee, caramel, apple pie, along with gooseberry and some zingy citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Very drinkable.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Danlo. A clear deep orange coloured pour with a halo of loose white head. Aroma is dry oaky funk, mineral, flint, bark. Flavour is composed of dry woody apple, flint, bark tannin. grass, little harsh. Paalte is uber dry, tannin, fine carbonation, super dry finish.

75cl bottle on New Year's Day, shared with Soph and Ewan. Misty amber pour. Natural apple fruit aroma, lightly caramelised. Lovely crisp, spritzy feel on the palate, with comforting natural scuzzy fruit and fleshy caramelised notes. Really nice.
