5/5/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear orange copper with minimal head. Aroma is fruity, sweet, apple pie, twiggy, slight funky edge. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, very soft carbonation. Sweet drying finish. Well done.

7/5/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear golden with an amber tint and a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is funky, unripe strawberry, apple core, leather, yoghurt. Moderate sweetness, lovely tangy tartness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Really good.

750ml bottle from Aebel. 2020 Vintage. Clear orange gold colour, white foamy head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of fruity apple, caramel, some mellow funk. Taste is sweetish, fruit, juicy, apple, caramel, with alittle orchardy funk, and soft bitterweet tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely dirnkable,

Taste is sweetish, juicy, apple, fruity, mellow, orchardy, with soft tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium-dry lightly tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml limited release bottle at Brum Cider Club Zoom Tasting. Bottle 8/18. Bright orange gold colour with pink tinge, foamy white head and aroma of strawberry, fleshy apple, fruity, caramel, vanilla. Taste is sweet, juicy, rich apple, fleshy, big caramel, fruity, peachy, with strawberry notes, tart and acidic. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Very drinkable.
