Bottled (BBE 07/2009, batch #25)
Deep orange color, huge cloudy off-white head, lace. Yeasty, sweet fruity aroma: peach, apricot, smoke (!), candy sugar and brandy. Very hoppy, almost Duvel-like aggression. Warming alcohol leads to long long bitter aftertaste. Some fruity flavors (peach) and spices (coriander). Cellaring propably would change this - to better? Can’t say.

Bottled (thanks Theis & Papsoe). Amber colour, big foamy head. Aroma is grass, fruity and flowery hops along with some mild spices. Flavour is really grassy and flowery hops with some bittery fruityness in the finish and aftertaste. Really dry palate. Once the yeast is poured in the flavour gets really smooth and cuts away the sharp grassyness.

Hazy gold with a large lasting fluffy head. Yeast, spices & orange fruits. Filling body. Lively carbonation - yet still smooth & soft. Some warmth & sweetness... Great!

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of yeast, wheat, and flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, spices - especially cloves and cinnamon, yeast, and straw, leading to a dry finish which also carries light notes of alcohol.

Bottled. An unclear dark amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet grassy, peaches, and a nice hop presence. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of grass and medium notes of peaches, leading to a rather bitter finish. A very refreshing beer, but the body is no wonder a bit thin.

Pours black with brown head. Roasted malt dominates the aroma that has hints of chocolate and coffee. Sweet flavor with roasted malt, chocolate, liquerice and coffee. Full bodied and pretty complex. Finishes off bitter. Very nice.
