Hazy orange color, small off-white head. Very fresh, grassy hoppy aroma. Amarillo is dominating the flavor. Nice beer, balanced and refreshing.

It is rare to find an imperial stout this good. Coffee and chocolate in the aroma as well as abundant malt. Thick and heavy beer, black, and almost no carbonation. Flavor has more coffee and chocolate, some oak, medium sweet, rich malt. Delicious.

Bottled (thanks Papsoe & Theis). Black colour with mediumsized brown head, which vanishes quite fast though. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, hops and roasted malts along with mild caramel and nuts. Flavour is nuts, roasted malts, smoked wet wood, coffee and some slight chocolate. Leaves nice burnt wet wood in aftertaste. Pleasant.

Bottled (Thanks Papsoe and Theis). Hazy orange colour, mediumsized foamy off-white head. Slightly lacing. Aroma is slight barnyard, yeast and lots of fruits. Flavour is the same along with some roasted/smoked notes. Also has a slight burning touch from the alcohol. Long smoky and fruity aftertaste. Pleasantly balanced flavour.

Bottled. An unclear orange-amber beer with a thin light orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of spices and fruits - especially peaches, but also a light note of wheat. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of spices and light notes of wheat on a good caramel back ground, leading to a very bitter finish.

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with banana and pineapple. Sweet and fruity flavour. A tripel of the kind that I personally find a little cloying.
