Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a unclear orange with a bubble white head. Aroma is apple, pungent, leather, tannins. Taste is leathery, tannins, apples, cereal, drying to palate.

30/1/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a small short lasting white head. Aroma is woody, sweet, appley, funky. Moderate sweetness and light bitter/tart. A little watery. Drying tart funky finish. Quite drinkable.

330l bottle from Dalton Moor Farm. Hazy orange gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of mucky barnyard, apple. Taste is fruity, juicy apple, woody, and some mucky barnyard funky notes with mellow citric. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry juicy apple finish. Quite drinkable

500ml bottle from Discovering Durham pop-up shop, Prince Bishops Shopping Centre Durham. Slightly hazy amber gold colour, no head and aroma of sour, black tea hints, vinegary. Taste is tart, fruity, tea,with some funky and citric notes and lingering sourness. Light to medium bodied, low carbonation, dry citric sour finish. Quite drinkable, refreshing.

330ml bottle from Dalton Moor Farm. Pours a slightly hazy orangey golden colour with peachy tint, no lasting head and aroma of mellow juicy apple, underhint of light funk. Taste is juicy, apple, fruity, mellow, tart, with citrusy hints and some light soft tannin notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from Dalton Moor Farm. Bottled 12-1-2020. Orangey gold colour, short-lived white head and aroma of fruity apple yeasty. Taste is sweet and tart, apple, woody, mellow, fruity, acidic, drying. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle, thanks Ed for this! Unclear misty orange. Bright sweet apple fruit on the nose. Big fleshy fruit character, prominent Grannie Smiths-style green apple, sweet, tart with some pips thrown in. Moderate acidity. Really liked this.

Bottle courtesy danlo. Small head with short duration. Color is orange. Aroma and taste are rich apple juice, quite acidic and tart, fruits and has a sour apple finish.

3/10/2019. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours cloudy dark gold with a pink tint and a small bubbly white head. Aroma of baked apple skins, with a touch of sweet brown sugar and citrus bitters. Light sweetness, heavy sour. Loderate body, watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Hint of wood and sherry to finish. Took a while to like it, but did.
