Klare goldgelbe Farbe; überwiegend feinporige und stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase sehr viel helles Malz, durchaus getreidig, etwas grasiger Hopfen. Im Geschmack frisch, spritzig, viel Malz und Getreide, relativ trocken, relativ viel grasiger Hopfen. Das ist insgesamt wirklich gut.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing, white head. Sweet refined aroma of almost perfumy hops and sweet, candy like malts. Rich, clean, refined and rather sweet maltiness with a warming alcohol finish. Could maybe use a little more hops for balance. 281125

Clear golden with a tall white head. Bready, grain, some bright hops, earth, toasted malt. Medium bodied with a spicy carbonation bite. Really clean. Very nice.

Ova piva ti nije nikakva modernistička prenemagača – ne, ona je kao stari barba koji ti daje ribu bez da išta traži zauzvrat. Zlatna boja joj je ko sunce kad zalazi iza broda na pučini, a miris – blago sladak, s natruhama kruha i travke – podsjeća na to kako miriše brodska paluba nakon što je oprana morem i sapunom.
Simon Hell? To ti je more u boci. A i zove se Hell, ali je zapravo – raj.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Bread, grain and honey in the aroma. Bready and not particularly bitter taste (but not much sweetness either) with notes of malt and some faint biscuity hints.

Bottle picked up from Sedats Schlüggla Getrankemarkt, Schwaig bei Nürnberg and consumed at home, sat out in the garden in the company of Mum and Keith, Saturday 21st June 2025 (Summer Solstice) after a day in Passau, we had BBQ'd Persian Chicken, Cous Cous etc for tea. This pours mahogany in colour, very good clarity with an off white head. Toffee, caramel, malty and nutty on the nose, these also feature heavily in the mouth, it's a sweet malty beer with a little dryness towards the end. Nice mouthfeel, fine.

50 cl bottle at Franky, Nbg. App:Dark brown hazy color.Medium and stable off-white head.Aroma: Banana, yeast.Taste: Deep fruitiness, roast notes, banana,dark chocolate and toffee. Palate: Full body with fizzy carbo. Dry and acidic finish Ovv: It’s not that common to come across a Dunkler Weizenbock and rarer to enjoy anything with wheat. This one was really good. Couldn’t refrain to finish it in a couple of minutes.
