Bottle picked up from Sedats Schlüggla Getrankemarkt, Schwaig bei Nürnberg on the way back home after Maifield Derby Music Festival, Monday 2nd June 2025. Sweet and malty with cereal flavours and honey noted on the nose and in the mouth. Light bitterness, but this is very subtle, sweetness again floods through, pleasant drinks easy and whilst absolutely fine a bit forgettable.

Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines. 5.6%. Clear copper colour. Decent off white foam sticks around. Nose has light roast. Vine fruit. Candy sugar. Light spicy leaf. Taste is semi sweet with some vine fruit character. Good body and easy drinking. Fine rolling carbonation. Touch of twang to finish. Great bev.

50cl Fles van Bierothek.nl. Goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Licht moutig, wat alcohol, iets grassig, licht, vrij vlak en lijkt meer op een sterke pils dan een goede Heller Bock. Lichte body. Matig.
