Keg at BD Dalston - London. Pours mostly clear copper-red with a slender, foamy white head. Lightly sweet with nice toasted grains and crackers, pine, orange rind, leaves and earth. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sturdy bitterness to finish, more toasted malts, grains, leafy and piney hops. Sound.

Taste comprises herb, less basil than on the nose, grains, light citrus fruit, light white peppery spice, faint strawberry liquorice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Pleasant enough refresher but wouldn’t want to drink a whole lot of this.
