Flaska från Bierothek. Mahognyfärgad disig vätska med högt krämigt skum. Stiltypisk vetebock med kladdig vetelängd, nejlikor, mogen banan, jäst. Rejäl kropp, mer jäst än vanligt och mycket karaktär. Mycket gott

Mycket gott

Pours a transparent deep amber to light red. Low to medium sized off-white head, good enough persistence and some lacing. Average to quite good intensity in the aroma: caramel malts with a hint of soft nuttiness on the back of things, a hint of red stone fruits, clean floral hoppiness with the slightest spicy hint (can't pick up anything specific). Taste notes as per aroma. Medium sweetness, low to medium bitterness. A light sweet edge in both taste and aftertaste; clean and dry enough though, hence perfectly pleasant. Light to medium bodied, low to medium carbonation; easy drinkable with the slightest hint of softness. Overall: maybe not impressive tastewise but better than the sum of it's parts. Very clean/polished, very good drinkability, perfect balance. Pleasant.

0,5 l bottle from Hol´Ab!, Ahlhorn. BB 25.04.2025. Clear golden with a small one finger white head in the glass. Grainy aroma, grassy elements, bitterhop. Taste starts bitter hopy with grain, an acoholic sharpness, metallic hints, low floral elements and honey in the background. Typical Heller Bock.

Bottle. Clear dark copper/amber sporting an equally small and short-lived white head. Aroma of malts, grains and earthy hops. Taste of malts, caramel, grains, bread and minerals. Meaty and just a tad bit fruity. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. Ok.
