Bottle. Clear dark copper/amber sporting an equally small and short-lived white head. Aroma of malts, grains and earthy hops. Taste of malts, caramel, grains, bread and minerals. Meaty and just a tad bit fruity. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. Ok.

Bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours clear mahogany brown with a dissipating off - white head. The aroma is nutty, woody, dull coffee bean, bitter toffee, brown bread and malt loaf. The taste is dry upfront, woody, nutty, leather, brown bread, mighty malt, touch of brown sugar, malt loaf and earth with a drying finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Nothing groundbreaking, but decent enough.

Sehr dunkle Farbe, leicht bräunlicher Schaum. Das Ausschütteln und Eingießen der reichlich vorhanden Hefe gibt dem Ganzen das Antlitz einer mondlosen, nebligen Novembernacht. Nur kurz - dann herrscht wieder die absolute Finsternis. Aromatischer Fruchtlikör in der Nase. Beim Trinken spielt Frucht mit rein (insbesondere vollreife Banane), ist aber nicht das Hauptthema. Süßes, dunkles Malz und säuerliche Balsamiconoten treffen hier aufeinander und geben ein besonderes Geschmackserlebnis. Bittere Kaffeenoten und der hohe Alkoholgehalt haben auch ihren Platz. Konsistenz weich und gehaltvoll. Doppelbockniveau - kommt schwerer rüber, als 7,0 % Alk. erwarten lassen würden. Nach einer Flasche ist man im besten Sinne „satt“. Ein besonderes Bier, für besondere Anlässe. Sehr interessanter, gut gemachter Weizenbock.

--Bottled at TEJA tasting. -- Clear copper colour, mid sized head. Aroma of burnt toast, bubblegum and banana. Sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Banana, caramel and bread. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle from Hausmann Getränke. Dark Amber, moderate head, very neutral nose. Decent caramel flavor, lightly nutty, on the dark side like a dunkles. Flavor is rather nice, decent earthy hippiness, but there aroma is a bit lacking.
