Bottle. Dark brown to black in the glass. Some beige bubbles on top. Roasted malts, milk chocolate, some cocoa and a touch of bread. It's a bit thin on the palate, smooth and nicely carbonated, with a soft sweetness. Milk chocolate, hints of coffee and bread and a touch of bread in the flavor. Medium length finish. A bit thin, but quite nice. 191230

440ml can from Vinmonopolet Tromsø Sentrum. Oily pour revealing a jet black body, a creamy, fawn-coloured head, and spotty lacing. Chocolate malts on the nose, nicely roasted. Grainy chocolate flavours, together with cocoa backed by coffee notes. Fine roasted bitterness to a rounded finish. Well bodied. Pleasant Yuletide feel on a Saturday afternoon. (Tromsø 21.12.2019).
