Drukket i Tyrihansveien. Svart. Middels høyt mokkafarget skum som daler sakte. Litt lacing. Lett røykaroma. Lakris i bakgrunnen. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken sjokolade & kaffe. Tørr. Kakao i ettersmaken. Godt øl!

330ml bottle bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsdalen. Firm, chalk white head leaving clingy lacing on the glass. Golden body with a haze of wheat. Moderate wheat fruity nose, spices to it. Spiced oily fruity flavours, distant notes of banana. Prolonged, quite refreshing ending. True to the style, more or less. (Tromsø 07.12.2019).

440ml can bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Bodø. Shared with Kjell. Bubbles on the surface of a next to clear amber coloured body. Moderate malt-fruity aromas, including almond and ripe fruits. Almond, bread, and caramel flavours, lightly spiced, and joined by dried fruity endnotes. Satisfying, (Svenskeby, Bodø 27.11.2019).

330ml bottle, #79, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsdalen. Stable chalk white head over a hazy orange coloured body, clingy lacing down the glass. Herbal hops and tropical fruit to a promising aroma. Ripe orange and mandarin to the taste profile. Mid-dry bitter fruity endnotes. Rather rich session qualities. (Tromsø 17.11.2019).

330ml bottle, #75, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg Tromsdalen. Dissipating pearl white head, misty golden, faint lacing. Modest smell of mid-sweet grainy malts. Grain fruity notes to the taste buds, a mild backdrop of yeasty fruitiness. Soft on the the swallow. Accepted. (Tromsø 14.11.2019).

330ml bottle, batch # 60, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsdalen. Pretty in the glass with a steady, creamy beige head leaving crocheted lacing on the glass, clear brownish body. Brown doughy nose. Doughy flavours with hints of caramel followed by a slightly roasted malty ending. Satisfying. (Tromsø 09.11.2019).
