Fredag 3.april kan vel sies å være innenfor påsken, så herved spretter jeg denne 0,33 buteljen fra min vennlige pusher i Straensenteret: lett uklar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Mmm, deilig wit-følelse med søt appelsin, koriander, tyggis og hint av overmoden banan. Akkurat nå skinner sola etter flere snø- og haglbyger, så påskefølelsen er på plass. Det samme er mersmaken.

Bottle from Gulating. Almost clear copper red to amber body with a nice tan head. Aroma is malt, bread, light caramel and slightly fruity. Taste is maily on the malty side, with bread and caramel, but there is also some dark fruit, slightly spicy yeast and more pronounced bitterness in the aftertaste attributing to balance and depth. Balanced body smooth in aftertaste. Decent and a match for food.

33cl bottle from Cunningham - thanks a lot. Pours hazy golden to amber with a white head. Weird fruity aroma; ripe apples and winegum. Soft carbonation and not really refreshing.

0,33 flaske fra min stødige pusher i Straensenteret, hjemme: mørk, mørk brun med fint skum som varer. Ristet brød, kaffe, solvarm urtehage. En smule overkarbonert, så det trekker ned på munnfølelsen. Bortsett fra det, en god Schwartsbier.
