Taste is dry mineraly, weeds, hay, bark, harsh hops, leafs, flowers, grass, moss, medicine, paper, light malts, old wash cloth. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh floral mouthfeel. Kind of boring.

Fine unclear pale yellow color. The head vanish a bit to fast for a hefe weisse. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Balanced ok mellow sweetness. Fine for a beer like this. Wheat, mild banana, fruity and some yeast in the flavor. A bit to mild version of a hefe weisse. But I think many people will have a lot of this one. Very session able.
