Big offwhite lasting head. Hazy orangey body with carbonation. Citric spicy mealy aroma with toffee and orangey meringue notes. Dry-sweet spicy fresh wood and oranges taste with grassy cake notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish, mealy, low carbonation mouthfeel. Dry peppery linoleum and oranges aftertaste with freshly cut wood and toffee notes. Orangey peppery toffee with oily notes lingers a long time. Very nice. An impressive beer. (0.5l bottle, from wine monopoly, Strømmen. Batch #78.)

500ml bottle, #070, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Snow white head, slowly diminishing. Clear straw coloured body. Fair lacing. Distant aroma of herbal hops and grain. Saison fruity taste, hints of grass and grain. A backdrop of oily hops. Easy to drink. Gets rather sweet in the long run. Satisfying. (Tromsø 26.08.2017).

Bottle. The colour is hazy pale orange with an off-white head. Fruity aroma with grapefruit, flowers, citrus and spices. The flavour is also fruity with grapefruit, pine and grass in a dry ending. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a medium to heavy bitterness. An interesting and pretty bitter IPA. Fruity as well.

KØLF 041116. Unclear golden-orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is hop, grapefruit, malt. Flavor is hop, grapefruit, malt, citrus, flowers, pine. Medium body. OK beer.

Small slightly bubbly-creamy shortlasting head. Aroma is spiced, cloves, cardamom, minerals, grass, weeds, bark, pepper corn, hay, yeast, sawdust. Taste is dry spiced, weeds, masses of cloves, cardamom, bark, yeast, minerals, hay, paper, sawdust, grass, pepper corn. Medium bitterness, harsh spiced mouthfeel. I wonder if they dropped the whole box of cloves in this one...

Huge offwhite head. Hazy amber body with little particles. Resiny tropical fruit aroma with herbal freshly cut wood notes. Bone dry mealy tropical fruit taste with resiny mineraly notes. Mid-to-thin body. Mild, slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Dry mealy resiny aftertaste with sulphury, salty, pea notes. Not very impressive, sadly. (0.5l bottle, from Gulating Lørenskog. Batch #032.)

500ml bottel, batch 55, bought at Gulating Tromsø. Bright amber in body colour, clingy lacing from a low beige head. Rather inviting spicy aroma with cinnamon to the fore. Spiced taste profile as well, including cinnamon, anise, and coriander. Backbone of caramel malts. Spiced malt-fruity ending. Medium bodied. Different and pretty alright (Tromsø 22.12.2016).
