Aroma is moderate malty, straw, toasted, tart - fruity, moderate hoppy, grass, herbs - fresh wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity tart, grass, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101119]

Bottle @ Friday Night Ulfborg Thing. Thanks to J&C. Pours cloudy golden with a small lasting egg white head. Nose is yeast and hops. Dry and fruity tart notes. Lively/sparkling carbonation. Very dry, fruity, grassy and yeasty flavor.

Bottle @ Friday Night Ulfborg Thing. Thanks to J&C. Pours unclear orange with a small creamy white head. Nose is yeast, dust and exotic matured fruit. Flavor is vegetables, alcohol and fruit. Again slightly dusty. Sweet. Medium bodied.
