Description

Color amber, dark orange, lot of yeast remaining. Smell is fruity and leaves, but ok though. Taste is fruity and bitter. Carbo very good! Too bad it has so much yeast in it, color is good but the appearence is less nice because of the yeast.

Bottle. A big, coarse off-white head on top of a clear, amber body. Slightly yeasty on the nose, but mostly fruity and hoppy. Slightly spiced too. The flavor is fruity, hopped and spiced, with some bitterness. A touch of alcohol too, giving a certain warmth on the palate. Quite dry, but with a pleasant amount of residual sweetness. Decently bitter finish. Not a world class beer in any way, but it tastes quite decent and is far from bad. 110612

Bottle. A slow gusher, with no problems avoiding spill. Slightly unclear, golden in color and with a coarse off-white head. The aroma is filled with bakers yeast, putting fruits and piney hops in the background. Nice bitterness in the flavor, rather fruity, orange mostly, and with very evident yeast. Way to yeasty to become a favorite of mine, but at least it drinks easily. 110612

Bottled 330ml (BB 10/2012)
Thanks bierkoning! Hazy dark amber color, small beige head. Toffeish, grainy. alcoholic nose. Sweet toffeish flavor, light diacetyl, grainy and yeasty. Just way too yeasty and unbalanced sweet. Not really a bock either. Probably decent from tap.

Bottled 330ml (BB 03/2012)
Thanks bierkoning! Hazy orange color, small steady white head. Perfumic, fruity, hoppy, slighlty acidic nose. Light to medium bodied. Starts a bit fruity, but then has spicey-hoppy bitterness. Quite yeasty and grainy, so not as refreshing as this should be.

Bottle, thx to Papsoe. It forms a big, off-white head when poured, but it settles into finger-thick height quite soon. Some lacings. Almost clear, golden body. The aroma has some milky sourness, but mostly fruity. Some grainy notes. The flavor is a bit sourish, with a fine bitterness and hoppy flavor. Grainy touch. Medium body, too fizzy. Drinkable indeed, but it presents itself slightly unclean. Nice to taste, don’t feel like drinking a lot of it. 110219

Thanks to bierkoning for that bottle. Looks simple, but good. The beer starts intense hoppy with some lemon notes, a bit like an IPA, also some grasy-woody notes. Finish more and more moldy-grasy, a bit sourish. Starts better than it ends.
