Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, 2014. Pours purple pinkish with a off white head. Lovely berries. Forest, funk and barnyard. Lovely fruityness. Wood. Dry and tart finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange to brown with a small off white head. Aroma is raspberry and sulphorish. Tart, citric and sharp sourish into a crisp fruity finish.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours an almost clear one, reddish dark amber to light brown in color and with a minimal sized head. The aroma is quite berryish, with some lemon notes. Lacking big time on complexity, but there’s some funky notes. It’s quite dry and tart, with a nice co2 level. Medium body. Berries, some oak and lemon and a funky touch in the flavor, lasting for a good while. A decent one, but rather boring. 140830

750 c&c from Bu11zeye. Pours hazy cola brown. Aroma of very light oxidation and treacle. Flavor is very treacle, very light oxidation. Gets mildly medium dark fruity. A well aged botlle. Delicious.
