Pours cloudy pale yellow w/ medium white head and lacing. Very lemony aroma, taste is slightly acidic, not very carbonated, w/a bit of a salty bite to finish.

Wow, I don’t know what it was, maybe I just had a bad bottle - but this was a huge disappointment. I’m a big southampton fan but this just kind of stunk. Pours pale yellow with tons of head. Scent is lemony. Aftertaste is harsh and stale. It didn’t work for me. Brasserie Dupont from now on for this style for me

I don’t know what it was about this beer but I loved it. Poured reddish brown with a medium head. Sweet malty aroma and taste, for whatever reason I loved this stuff.

Bottle, 12 oz. Pours ok with a light head, clear color, smells malty and pretty good, but the taste doesn’t match and I found it rather watery. Maybe I was just spoiled from all the other fine and dandy Southampton brews but this one I didn’t find that interesting.

Bottle. Pours reddish orange with a strong head. Heavy fruit aroma with lots of spice. It’s crazy but works very very well, at least to my taste. Recommended!

Hazy golden pour, big rocky head. And odd mated wheat aroma, mixing with some rye funkiness. A muddled aroma of light citrus, and wheat. Muddy mouthfeel, not very pleasant, heavy, and odd.

Bottle at le mondiale 2011. Great funky, peppery, citric aroma. Lots of nice grassy, hay hopiness. Great carbonation, lively and light. Light bitter finish. Great sour, funky finish, world class saison.

Hazy golden pour, the aroma is incredibly refreshing. Some light peppery notes from the saison. The rose water really comes through but it’s cut but sone wonderful hopping. This is so refreshing and crisp, the floral flower notes are not overpowering like I thought it would be. Excellent beer!

Aroma is very smokey, it dominated the aroma. There are some subtle notes of chocolate, and toffee, and a touch of coffee. Flavour is very nice, robust dark fruit notes mixed in with bitter chocolate, and smoke, lots and lots of smoke. There is some nice bready, biscuity malt in the finnish, with a googd amount of bitterness with a touch of alcohol. VERY NICE!
