Bottle. Deep ruby color with no head. Aroma is big oxidation, boiled honey, incredible thickness. Taste is the same, with incredible lusciousness. Thick oily mouthfeel, no carbonation. Beautiful stuff!

Bottle pour at Mead Museum, pours a clear dark burgundy. Nose has the bison grass—coming across quite herbal—with rich treacly honey. Flavour is exquisite, with intense honey nectar, treacly toffee, brown sugar, and some of the bison grass. Exquisite honey depth. Sublime.

Bottled at Medovinárna with mcberko! We got to be the first to try it! Yay! Anyway, dark goldenish brown body, nice legs. Bison grass, soft dried cherries and honey in the sweetish aroma. Soft, spicy taste, lovely honey backbone, bison grass touches, smooth, nutty slightly, caramelly, bit warming. Just lovely!

Bottle pour at Pasieka, pours a clear copper. Aroma is full of rich raspberry juice and intense honey nectar. Flavour is extremely intense, with extremely sweet honey nectar, raspberry juice, and some brown sugar. Extremely sweet but somehow not as syrupy as the Jadwigq. Wonderful stuff.

Bottle pour at Pasieka, pours a clear dark copper bronze. Aroma has rich honey nectar, jammy currants, and a touch of wildflower character. Flavour is very fruity, with tons of jammy currant juice, rich honey nectar, and moderate-to-heavy sweetness. Wonderful richness to the honey, and the fermented with currant juice works beautifully.

Bottle pour at To Lubię. Pours clear amber. Rich, sugary honey on the nose. Flavour is rich and earthy with tons honeycombs, some dry floral notes, and hot booziness. This is incredibly rich and refined.

25cl bottle bought a long time ago in Poland. Pours surprisingly dark amber to chestnut coloured without any head. Initial boozy smell with honey. Complex aroma with honey berries, so much sweetness, but still so smooth tasty and feels rather balanced. Certainly desserty, but a quite delicious one.

Bottle. Copper color with no head. Aroma is herbal, beeswax, forest floor, good honey. Taste is big herbal, honey, very much on the herbal side, sweet but decent balance due to the herbs. Oily mouthfeel. Decent, but would need a bit less upfront herbs for me to be a true winner.
