A: clear golden, thin, white head.
A: wet grass, withering leek, hashish, bread crust.
T: sweetish apple, bread crust, grass.
F: grassy hops, yeast, pale malt.
P: light body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Flavour is the redeeming feature here--only just.

A: clear pale yellow, thinning, white head.
A: lemon peel, lime, wheat, coriander.
T: sourish lemon, wheat, soapy coriander.
F: soft grassy hops, soapy coriander & lemon.
P: light body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Very soapy & basic.

75 cl bottle from Enoteca Azara cons 2013-08-09 La Saline AR: roasted malt,caramel colour, brown farine AP: amber, high frothy fizzy orange/white head F: caramel colour, fizzy, roasted malt, wee almonds, watery feeling, dry but sweet from the brown farin, it’s more like a German dunkel then a bock to me BB 03/2014, Lotto/Batch 001/13

Bottle, 5% in Rome. Fresh lemon aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Stable big-bubbled white head. Yeasty and citric flavour, a little estery. Rough bitterness, as if coming from the grain. High carbonation. 3 months past BB date.
