Soft red body with no foam, very cherry wine-ish aroma that's nice. Flavour is deep cherry cake flavour bit still cider like. Good carbonation. Very nice.

Sample at Stone World Bistro & Gardens in Escondido. Clear yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Apples and hops in the nose. medium body with flavors of apple and mild floral hops. The finish is fruity with an apple cider aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

I’m only doing this for lack of reviews on here as I normally don’t do a lot of ciders. Please understand, this is only based on observations.
This was poured into a wine glass.
The appearance is a hazy cloudy yellow color, no head nor lacing and no worries, as I realize its cider.
The smell started off with a crisp sweet to sour apple as it warms, there is actually a slight vanilla.
The taste is semi-sweet with a crisp acceptable vinous apple. There’s no aftertaste and has a super quick apple to slight vanilla finish.
On the palate, it sits about a light on the body with a big cider-like viscosity to it. Its definitely carbonated as one - dry sharpness pierces my tongue decently.
Overall, as a cider, it works. I didn’t really get the \"bourbon barrel\" or even wood, but hey, that could have been it turning to \"vanilla\" in the aroma and taste.

12 oz bottle poured. Pours a clear transparent color with a nearly absent apple aroma. Figured the hops would contribute to the aroma a little more, but they play a small role in the flavor. Wish the hops added a little more. Very basic apple cider for me, though the flavor is good. Refreshing, and quite easy to drink. Just wanted a little more character.
