330ml bottle from Ales and Lagers, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear golden colour with lots of bubbles. The aroma is fresh green apples. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a light, crisp, light tart apple palate. Medium medium bodied with lively carbonation. Served cool and it certainly hit the mark on a hot day in Malaysia.

Taster at Australian beer festival. Clear yellow/green with thin film on top. Amazing nose, ginger to the max! Good lacing, full body. Taste bites but in a good way. Raw apple , raw ginger! I love it!

330ml bottle from Craft Beer Market. Hazy orange golden colour with a short-lived fizzy off-white foam head. Aroma of fruity tropical fruits and apricot. Taste is mellow fruity, sweet, with notes of mango and apricot, some juicy apple, alittle drying tannin and tangy hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry bitter hop finish. Interesting, abit overly sweet but with an underlying hop bitterness, nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from Master of Malt. Pale golden colour with a short-lived white foam head. Nose of pears, caramel. Taste is fruity, pear, sweet, melon, with some caramel, hay and white wine notes. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry and residual sweet finish. Quite OK.

Bottle at Canvas, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of floral dry hopping along with fresh, tart green apples. Flavour is really well-balanced, with lots of floral dry hopping along with tart crisp green apple. Quite robust for a cider, with a lovely hopped quality. Really nice.

On tap at the Local Taphouse Sydney, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out barrels, wood barrels and green apples. Flavour is complex, with lots of oak, green apples and some funk. Complex and well-integrated. Very nice.
