Taste is appley, fruity fleshy, slightly tart, with barnyard funk, wood, and drying tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweet, floral, perry pear, fruit, with funky hints, some citric acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying delicate peary finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml wired-cork bottle from Cat in the Glass. Opened with a light pop. Clear bright orange amber colour with reddish tinge, no head and aroma of fruit, ripe apple, light funk. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, berry hints, tangy, with some bittersharp tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

24/1/2024. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers! Pours clear golden with minimal head. Aroma is baked pear, light woody notes, vanilla, hint of cinnamon. Medium plus sweetness, slight tart edge. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Very nice bittersweet finish with light drying tartness. Really liked this.

Panda at home thanks to Colin. A clear grenish yellow coloured pour with a no head. Aroma is semi sweet, juicy sweet pear, apple, woody bark, light vanilla, Palate is semi sweet, and light tart, light woody perry. Flavour is composed of tart juicy pear, tangy apple, bark, lemon twist. bark. light funk. Nice.

Bottle at home, from Cat In A Glass Online, 31/12/23. Clear light golden with a fast escaping white cap, carbonation evident. Nose is ripe pears, tannins, light funk, hedgerow, herb. Taste comprises pear drop, light barnyard nip, straw, pear juice, tannins, light sugars. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, light drying close. Solid well balanced and refreshing stuff.
