30/1/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet baked pear, flowers, citrus, slightly funky. Medium sweetness with a slight tart edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. Dry fruity finish.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Clear orangey gold colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of mucky apple, orchardy, juicy notes. Taste is sweetish, mellow apple, fruity, some pip & core, alittle orchardy funk with woody hints and some bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium light tannic finish. Nicely drinkable, well balanced single variety cider.

750ml wired cork bottle from Fram Ferment. 2019 Vintage, Medium-dry. Yellow gold colour, fizzy white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of perry pears, fruity. Taste is fruity, pears, citric, slight tang, with vanilla hints, alittle funk and some bittersweet tannin. Light to medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry pear fruity finish. Refreshing, nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Fram Ferment. Golden colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of tangy apple, fruity, alittle solventy funk. Taste is sweetish, then zingy, tart, sour, apple, fleshy, with some citric notes and vanilla hint. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tart finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Fram Ferment. 2019 Vintage. Hazy orangey golden, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, mellow, slightly tropical notes. Taste is fruity, zesty, tart, apple, fleshy, with some pineapples hints, alittle wood & funk, and citric acidity, plus mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic & lightly tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
