ABV: (6.8%). ✅ Light cloudy looking with a light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, tart apple, apple vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, apple, sweet apples, apple vinegar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191203]

Cask at the pigs ear beer festival 2021. A clear amber brown coloured pour with a halo of greyish head. Aroma is earthy rubber. Dry rubber. Bark. Flavour is composed of sour tangy apple, dry woody tart, rubber, bark, dry,. Palate is dry earthy, hihsih carbonation. Good.

Draught at Hawkes, London. Deep orangey gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of juicy apple, funk hints. Taste is fruity apple, woody, drying, with some mellow funk and tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from Aeble. Pale golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of fleshy apple, hay, citric. Taste is tart, fleshy apple, some core and pip, with zesty citrus, some acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.
