Cask via handpump at the Town Wall Tavern, Coventry, England on 3rd November 2009. Amber with lasting ring of white foam. Sweet initially with biscuit malt aromas. Bitterness is not absent though, with a hoppy mix of floral and bitter hoppiness ending in a rounded, thirstquenching finish.

Cask gravity at St Albans BF 09. Slight haze, deep gold, thin white head. It’s a decent bitter with some decent biscuity malts. As maeib says, an easy to drink beer.

13/10 A 0.44 l nitro can from the English store in Antibes. It poured almost copper body with typical nitro cascade yellow head. Fine malty biscuity aroma. Weak flavor with some biscuit, caramel and vanilla. Would be nice actually if not so thin bodied. Finish was short and watery, without much here for real. Nothing unpleasant, at contrary. But this brew, as it’s now, it’s ultimately boring.

Medium offwhite lasting creamy head. Coppery body. Faint, faint papery aroma. Dry-sweetish papery grainy resiny taste with gasoline notes. Hot mouthfeel. Mid-bodied. Dryish chalky grainy aftertaste. Very low on taste. Quite anonymous. (0.5l can, Systembolaget, Charlottenberg.)
