The can looks not bad, but it’s not easy to find the information about the brewery. Smells like water. Tastes very vapid, nearly washy. Finish a little bit fruity. Not a good beer.

Draught at The Joiners, Southampton- Dark golden in colour with a very large, thick and creamy white head. There is no real discernible aroma apart from a hint of raisins. It tastes very thin and is far too creamy. Just a little bit of toffee and raisins. It is a real pity that in the UK, most of the places where they have good music, serve awful beer!

Bottled. A light yellow beer with a medium white head. The aroma is skunky from the use of brewing cereal. The flavor is sweet with notes of corn or other brewing cereal, as well as hints of citrus. The use of brewing cereal makes it somewhat sour, but the body light.

(Draught at Bridge Bar, Heathrow, London, 2 Dec 2007) Golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, clean nose with slight notes of detergent. Malty taste with sweetish notes of white bread and tropical fruit. No evident traces of hops. Fairly boring.

Big fine-laced white head. Light amber body with lots of fast carbonation and big bubbles up the side of the glass. Unbalanced grain and alcohol aroma with vegetable notes. Dry and sweetish caramel and paper taste, also unbalanced. Watery. Dry cardboard aftertaste. Drinkable, if necessary. And this is supposed to compete with the local bitters? (0.5l can from Centra, Oslo.)

Bottle from the Co-op. Pale gold colour with some cereal and corn on the aroma. Same corn notes and flavour in mouth. Pretty empty to be honest. No real flavour and very metallic. Terrible.

Cask-conditioned. Amber with very little head. Slightly sweet aroma of caramel, followed by a similarly sweet flavour. Not much of a finish to this watery beer. Dull.
