Tap, 2016 version. Pours clear orange Amber, medium creamy tan head, great lacing. Aroma is Belgium yeast, oranges, grass, tangerine, clove. Flavor is pretty sweet, medium plus bitter, lots of orange citrus, clove, banana, field grass. Medium body, silky mouthfeel. Lots of lingering bitterness.

Tap. Pours clear reddish orange, small beige head, good residual and lacing. Aroma is piney hops, caramel. Flavor is medium sweet, full bitter, pine, floral and perfume hops, caramel malt. Medium body, some acidity. Lingering bitterness. Meh

Tap. Pours deep black, minimal head or lacing. Aroma is light, some lactose sugar, malt, dark bread, molasses. Flavor is medium sweet, very light bitter, roasty molasses. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel.

Tap. Pours clear black, big bubble vaccination, minimal head. Looks like Pepsi. Aroma is quite smoky, hardwood, roasted malt, hint of rubber. Flavor is light plus sweet, light smoke, woody, ash, roasted malt. Lightish body. Not really sure why this is a top 50 smoked.

Draft: Black with a small tan head. Slightly smoky red wine aroma. Taste is mild chocolate and red wine. Good, but a little disappointing for me.....the wine barreling really kills the strong smokiness of the base beer. I liked it, but I’d rather have the base version by far.

Draft. Brandy, grape, lemon, toffee malt, and hay aroma. Hazy amber with moderate head. Sweet grape, caramel malt and hay flavor. Strong brandy finish. A bit boozy - nice.

Pencil shaving nose. Cloudy amber, fine floaties, medium head. Orange peel, wood, husks. Medium body, easy carbonation.

Bomber shared by maniac at the 22nd RVA Gathering. Hazy amber, thin fizzy off-white head, decent retention. Aroma of strong malts, caramel and toffee, piney citrus hops, mild oak. The taste is bitter citrus, tropical hops, pale malt, caramel, mild oak. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness

Draft: Deep gold with a small white head. Barley, light lemon/honey scent. Taste is sweet, rich grain malts.... a mild herbal hopping at the finish. Very pleasant...nice full flavour.

On tap at new albanian. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is clove, light body, low carbonation, and pretty good lacing. Taste is clove and bubblegum.
