Can from a Lazy Dog Slightly hazy light golden color with no head, not sure if this is supposed to be carbonated but this can was flat. Sweet syrupy apple with bit of brown sugar and a light woody oak. Pretty decent cider.

Can from a Lazy Dog Brilliantly clear deep yellow almost golden color with a thin wisp of a white head that dissipates instantly. Apple and woody rye on the nose with a hint of brown sugar. The flavor is sweet with a nice sweet and lightly tart apple note to it that is countered nicely with the woody tannins and hints of sharp rye. I really like them little apples.

On tap at Akasha Brewing. Pours a hazy yellow gold with no head. The aroma is apple, pear skin, oak. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, nice tartness, spice, very good.

Bottle. Pours a clear red color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity spicy dark berry honey blueberry aroma. Sweetish spicy honey blueberry flavor. Has a sweetish spicy honey blueberry finish.

Dark amber color with old red hue. Raspberry jam aroma. Sweet raspberry jam flavor, with a hint of alcohol. That’s pretty much what you get, not overly complex, but pleasant.

Reddish-brown. The aroma is all strawberry jam. On the palate, very sweet, strawberry jam, but with a lot of acidity in the finish, which I guess is that rhubarb. No mead character detected. So a random beverage with strawberry jam.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark purple-ish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out lovely strawberry and rhubarb sweetness, followed by honey, and a touch of treacle. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of rhubarb upfront, followed by a touch of strawberries, and medium sweet honey. Integrated well, with loads of fruit dominating the finish. Excellent.

375 mL bottle from State Line, 3/24/16. Hazy orange, moderate legs. Aroma of brown sugar and honey. The taste is honey, caramel, raisin, citrus. Medium-full bodied, still, boozy.

4 oz pour on draft at Meridian Pint. Served in a snifter. Clear bright golden orange with no head. Aromas of big coffee, light vanilla, light apple, caramel, a bit of cocoa. Tastes of caramel, light coffee, vanilla, syrup, subtle cocoa. Medium-light body with a dry and syrupy finish.
