75 cL bottle. Pours golden amber, clear, and with a initial huge light brown head which diminishes to a nice lacework. Aroma is sweet caramel malt, with a mild fruity/berry note and a set of spices. Heavy carbonated mouthfeel. Flavour starts mainly sweet at first and gives a nice note of annis seed. Once it gains in temperature the flavour adds in a lot more spices and some more bitterness towards th finish. Nice Christmas brew.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Clear, amber golden with a creamy, beige head. Somewhat sweet, bubblegumish aroma. Medium body, sweetish malty with a vague, spicy edge.. The finish is short and dry. Nordic? This is just a plain, pale Bock. 301107

Bottled. A slightly hazy light golden beer with a huge fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with notes of coriander and citrus. The flavor is sweet malty and wheaty with strong notes of citrus, and dill, as well as lighter notes of cloves. The mouthfeel is very smooth and the alcohol just makes its presence known on the palate and gives it a good body. Too much dill in the flavor for my liking - more interesting as an experiment than really good. As the beer gets warmer the dill notes grow in intensity - and gets cloying. I think it might be good together with a Danish open faced sandwich with a hering in dill.

Beautiful amber color; thin creamy head. Delicate, nice malt aroma. Creamy malt and caramel flavor, sweetish Bock but not bad at all.

Brown with an off white creamy head. Aroma is deep malty - caramel, slight sweet & fruity. Medium bodied. Soft mouthfeel/medium carbonation. A hint of smokes malts. Very easy drinkable & decent, and in my opinion the best in the kongens bryghus series!

Bottled. Dark ruby, brief head. Sweet and syrupy with some molasses and vegetables. Sticky harsh mouthfeel. Ultraprimitive. Useless.

Bottled. Hazy pale golden, average head. Hevily buttery nose. Sweet and sticky, medium bodied with strong unpleasant cardboard flavour. Too sweet to be refreshing and with a miserable papery flavour.
