@ sjätte tunnan from an eartenware mug. A very special kind of beverage well suited for the medieval atmosphere of the restaurant. Amber colour, although hard to tell from the mug. Sweet fruity taste with a thin body.

Draught (Bishops Arms, Vasagatan, Stockholm) - Dark brown with red tinges and a small head. Malty and fruity aroma with notes of raisins and caramel. Fruity, grainy and malty taste with notes of raisins, caramel and nuts.

On tap at Akkurat, February 2012. Dark amber with a small head. Aroma and taste of malt with some roasted notes. Also some notes of wood and yeast. Fairly light body. On the sweet side. Nothing sensational but easy to drink.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, smoke, meat - plastic, light roasted. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111203]

Bottle at Pat’s birthday tasting at chriso’s. Pours pale yellow with a fine, white head. Nice look. Crisp cereal nose. Medium sweet flavor, standard cereal, dough and straw notes. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. Pretty crisp to finish with notes of cereal and light straw bitterness. Good stuff. Ticks all the boxes.

Bottle at Pat’s birthday tasting at chriso’s. Pours clear amber with a foamy, white head. Caramel malt and light smoke aroma. Light sweet flavor, some meet and honey. Light in body with fine carbonation. Lightly sticky finish with some mild smoke. OK stuff overall.
