On cask @ the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden almost amber with a nicely proportioned head. Nose - distinctive green pepper note with orange fruit too. Taste - the green (chilli) pepper taste is there again and it’s not giving me any burn thank goodness. Some orange/grapefruit in the background. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - nice to get the taste of the chilli without the burn.

Cask @ Commercial Inn, Sowerby Bridge. Golden-yellow with a cream head. The spice is gentle and compliments the more dominant fruits in the ale.
