Pigs Ear. Cask. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is smooth and fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts, mildly sweet. Trace of sulphur. Okay orange citrus, modest peel. Light dry finish brings mild spice. Okay.

One-third pint glass, keg at Three Wise Monkeys. Filmy layer leaving spotty lacing down the glassware. Misty yellow-gold body. Nose is doughy with hints of ripe citrus. Rather sweet fruity hots to the taste profile, moments of bread and mild spices. Mid-dry short bitter end. Rather thin in the mouth. Accepted. (Colchester 12.07.2017).
