Fra fat på Cafe Sara, delt med Kitty etter Peter Grimes-oppsettingen i operaen, nov-19: lett uklar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Krydder, gjær, tyggis, banan, citrus og hint av rugbrød. Frisk og lettdrikkelig, med undertoner av banan og søte appelsiner i ettersmaken.

Can. Unclear orange golden body With floaters and a small foamy white head. Strong and nice aroma with lots of campfire and smoke. Flavor is unsurprisingly strong campfire and smoke as well, resin, sweet malt and resin. Nice body and smoky aftertaste. Pretty one dimensional and almost unbalanced, but it’s sure deliver on the smoky side. Aroma and and flavor actually feels better isolated than the total impression of this beer. Still nice., in particular if you like the style.

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Trondheim Bankkvartalet. Patchy white head over a hazed golden body, dotted spots on the glass. Fresh smell of orange, inviting. Succulent citrus flavours, moments of orange and grapefruits. Ends hop fruity with moderate bitterness. Medium bodied. Nice, a bit unvaried though. (Hotel room, Trondheim 14.09.2019).

KØLF 160819. Golden-orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is bonfire, yeast, malt. Flavor is bonfire, yeast, juniper, smoked, caramel, bacon. Weird beer.

God og bitter, og virker mer som en IPA enn en brett, men det er merkbart at det er noe mer enn bare humle og nøytral ølgjær her.

Can. It pours a small and disappearing white head over an unclear pale yellow-orange body. Tropical fruit aroma, pineapple and grapefruit dominating, with some pine cones and a touch of pale malts. It's medium bodied, quite dry and perhaps a bit heavy on the carbonation, with a decent bitterness and flavors of pale malts as a backdrop for pineapple, pine cones and grapefruit. Medium length hop driven finish with pineapple juice, grapefruit juice and a very light hopburn. A quite decent one, but the carbonation level is a light turnoff. 190724

330ml can from Gulating Ølutsalg, Byhaven. Firm white head leaving solid lacing down the glass. Misty golden body. Moderate smell of tropical fruits. Fruity flavours including moments of peaches and orange. Herbal hops to the ending. Soft in the mouth. Just alright. (Hotel room, Trondheim 11.06.2019).
