Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is sweet malty cereals and fruity esters, as well as sweet floral hops.

Pålitelige notater fra Mi2 feb-24: helt klar kobberrød med fint skum som varer. Et deilig, maltdrevet øl med mild bitterhet. Ristet brød, urter/skogbunn og karameller. Saftig og meget lettdrikkelig. Petros favoritt til nå i kveld. Fra fat.

Small sample from tap at Mandag i Annen, Cardinal, Stavanger. Clear and deep reddish brown colour, off-white head. Malty and roasty aroma and flavour, not very sweet, notes of burnt breadcrumbs and mild coffee.
