6.2/10 β€” Appearance 6 Aroma 7 Flavor 6 Texture 6 Overall 6
Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is tart berries with berry yoghurt, soft floral/herbal hibiscus, more red fruits, light red wine in the finish. Flavour is fairly tart and light sour with a little sweetness. Body is light to medium. Heavy on the yoghurt with plenty of berries, would have been bitter with more sourness though.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is grainy malt with herbal hops, earl grey tea, some floral notes, and a hint of citrus. Flavour is light sweet with an above moderate bitterness. Body is light to medium. Tasty hoppy Lager, maybe they went a bit overboard on the herbal hops though.

7.5/10 β€” Appearance 6 Aroma 8 Flavor 8 Texture 6 Overall 8
Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is roasted malt with a truckload of beany coffee, coffee grounds, mocha, and a touch of hazelnut. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a mild roasty bitterness. Body is medium. True cold brew coffee made Porter, they absolutely nailed it. Please brew an imperial variety of this.

Flavour is medium sweet with a pretty firm chalky roasty bitterness. Body is full. All-round good peated whiskey BA, not too overpowering peat, room for other flavours as well. Good one!

6.8/10 β€” Appearance 6 Aroma 7 Flavor 7 Texture 6 Overall 7
Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is bright citrus with orange peel, mandarin, tangerine, and a hint of wheat. Flavour isn't sour by any stretch but mildly tart. Light to medium body. Refreshingly citrussy with lots of tangerine, can't say it's not effective as a 'summer beer'.

4.4/10 β€” Appearance 6 Aroma 4 Flavor 5 Texture 4 Overall 3.5
Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is heavy on the laurel, liquorice, anise, light roasted malt, caramel, mint, and salty liquorice. Flavour is sweet with a mild roasty bitterness. Body is medium. Not completely undrinkable but way overboard on the liquorice and herbs, this is the side of De Molen I can do without.
