Bradford Beer Festival 2018. Clear golden with a clean tasting texture. It's dry, hoppy, with a mild fruitiness.

On cask at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - dark brown to black and opaque. Nice creamy off white head. Nose - creamy milk chocolate with light chocolate biscuit edge. Taste - more chocolate biscuits and there's a layer of caramel in there too. Palate - medium bodied and creamy. Long linger. Overall - lovely beer.

Cask @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Brown with a creamy head. It's a robust dark malty ale with a hint of roasted, and a small sweetness in its nose.

Cask at the bow bar. Pours deep ruby, nose is banana, caramel, roasted, taste is similar, milky.

Tried at the Cardinals Hat Lincoln. Hazy pale golden colour with white head. Aroma has bread and bananas. Taste grainy and light sweet. Light and thin body.

Cask. Closed Shop, Sheffield. Clear, dark straw colour. Thin, blotchy, fully lacing, white head. Nose has bready, yeasty malts. Some lemon rind. Not a deal else, really. Taste is mostly sweet, with a yeasty dryness. Light body. A bit oily. Light bitter finish. Ho hum golde.

From cask at BeerHeadZ, Grantham, Lincolnshire, with OGJ 04.01.18. Clear golden. Dense, even and persistent white head and lacing. Resiny aroma and taste, with pine, citrus and pale malt. Lingering bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel.

ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium yelow orange colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, cookie, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, caramel, cookie. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171206]
